She also worked for the UCT Graduate School of Business for 10 years on their EMBA programme. Adriana is one of the founders of GMF and provided the direction to grow the company into a leading advisory and production partner with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Adriana is known for her entrepreneurial skills and strategic vision; her expertise in financial logistics, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement drives GMF’s innovation in integrated reporting and corporate transparency.

Mathew Allan

Mathew is an experienced financial services specialist who has worked across retail, business and commercial banking holding various client, product, system and process roles both as a SME and as a functional head. Before joining GMF, Mathew led the value reporting function for a large South African bank. Mathew currently manages the writing, advisory and digital functions for GMF.

Lelanie Hohls
Lelanie is a CA(SA) whose passion for corporate and integrated reporting started when she was involved in the pilot programme of the then IIRC International Integrated Reporting Framework in 2011. Having led an award-winning reporting team and facilitated reporting discussions in South Africa, the Netherlands, Moscow and Mumbai, she joined the GMF flock in 2014. Since then, she has collaborated with many local and international companies in determining a fit-for-purpose reporting strategy and working systematically to enhance all aspects of their interim and annual reporting and disclosures. She has a flair for facilitating technical workshops and presenting reporting training in her own unique way.

Brett is a financial professional with cross-industry experience in financial and technical roles. This unique blend of expertise allows him to bridge financial strategy with operational systems. His career spans finance leadership roles across diverse industries, where he has overseen operations ranging from full-function accounting and audit preparation to systems implementation and risk management. At GMF, Brett leads the finance function with a focus on strengthening internal controls, streamlining processes, and aligning financial operations with strategic business objectives. His ability to integrate finance and IT ensures efficient, scalable support for GMF’s ever-evolving needs.

Kim Ebel

Kim leads the delivery of complex strategic initiatives as the head of the strategic projects function. She has over 15 years’ experience in the marketing, advertising, and multimedia sectors. Before joining GMF, Kim held senior operational roles at agencies and media firms, where she managed campaigns, events, and brand development. At GMF, she manages high priority projects such as integrated reporting suites and platform partnerships, while mentoring project managers and engaging in client relationship management. Her strategic insight and operational precision are well in tune with GMF’s culture of excellence.

Catherine Booysen
Diploma in Marketing communication from AAA School of Advertising
With over 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Catherine started her career in packaging design and gradually transitioned into project management.
At GMF, Catherine is an Integrated Reporting Project Manager, leading the Cape Town Project Management team. She develops and maintains detailed project plans, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures deliverables meet GMF’s processes and client expectations. She works closely with design, writing, and digital teams to optimize workflows, using automation where possible, and keeps stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates. Her attention to process and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks ensures GMF delivers integrated reporting projects on time and within scope.

Giselle Brown
Giselle brings 30 years of experience across both mainstream advertising and the integrated reporting industry. Over the course of her career, she has built deep expertise in all facets of design, production, client service, and end-to-end project execution—from strategic context through to creative concept.
She has worked extensively with both locally and internationally listed companies, including Gold Fields, Standard Bank, WBHO, Nedbank, Royal Bafokeng, MetMar, UBA Bank (Nigeria), Merafe, and Massmart.
Recognised for her hands-on leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Giselle is committed to driving efficiency and delivering excellence—ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.
